Automation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes that drive business efficiency and productivity.

Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining existing automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to optimize system performance.

About the Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • 1.5+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix.
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement automated processes that drive business efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain existing automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
  • Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
