Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT solutions group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data automation solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and software development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored data automation solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will enable us to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex business requirements and design effective data automation solutions
* Develop and implement automated workflows using Python programming language and relevant libraries
* Collaborate with operations team to coordinate build deployment and execution within test environment
* Track defects and report on testing progress and results
* Work with data warehousing and reporting capabilities to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, and data automation
* Proven experience in Python programming and test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, PyCharm, or Robot Framework
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI
* Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures, software testing life cycle, and Agile Scrum Methodology
* Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project planning skills
* Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution, and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js is a plus
