Administrative Secretary Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Secretary Trainee to join our team. As an integral part of our corporate services, you will provide administrative support to our clients and contribute to the smooth operation of their companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager/Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to non-listed client companies.
- Handle a full set of company secretarial documents and activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients independently, responding to their inquiries and requests.
- Maintain statutory records for clients' companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain records/information, utilizing computer skills to optimize efficiency.
- Follow instructions from the Manager and other superiors, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Degree holder; Student member of ICSI
- Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial law, including Companies Ordinance, rules, and regulations.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, with high accuracy standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
