Job Opportunity

  • Manage denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and resolution of accounts receivable (AR) issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities to ensure timely payments from providers.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader is required.
  • Team management, leadership, and team handling skills are essential.
  • US healthcare experience, particularly in provider relationships, AR collections, denial management, healthcare revenue cycle management, cash application, and credit is necessary.
  • Work schedule: US shifts with 5 days of work per week.
  • Candidates should be based in Thane Ashar IT Park or Navi Mumbai for consideration.
