Senior Operations Manager for INSLP Last Mile Program

We are seeking a highly analytical and resourceful Senior Operations Manager to support incident management activities for the INSLP Last Mile program team at ASSPL - Karnataka.

Job Description

This is a critical role that requires quickly learning operations to grasp the big picture in order to develop metrics, strategies, and processes. As part of this, you will need to communicate clearly and succinctly with business leaders to influence decisions with data. You will be working closely with a number of stakeholders including Operations, Channel Teams, Legal, and technology teams to correlate business and operational outcomes to incident metrics, unlocking operational constraints and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

About This Role
  • You will own and develop a program with cross-functional projects and difficult goals which impact an entire country.
  • You will provide analysis and insights to senior leadership in order to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions in an increasing diversity of areas.
  • You will design metrics and business review documents guiding the operations team through execution.
  • You will draft and present key documents to leadership, taking an idea from inception to implementation.
Requirements

This position requires a broad set of skills to be successful, ranging from high-level strategic thinking and effective communication to deep-dive analytical problem-solving. Specifically:

  • You should have 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • You should have 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • You should have 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • You should have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You should have advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • You should have experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
