Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the entire procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and payments.

  • Procure goods and services while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with organisational goals and policies.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
  • Develop strategies to optimise procurement processes and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase order processing, invoice verification, and payment execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 10-15 years of fast-track experience in procurement, preferably in Captive Shared Services, professional services, or consultancy.

Desirable Skills:

  • End-to-end domain expertise in procure-to-pay processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
