Job Title:
Project Manager (API-CRDMO)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects in our API-CRDMO organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present project status to senior management and facilitate technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Present project status to senior management and facilitate technical discussions
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure complete and timely documentation of project closure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, chemical engineering)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • PMP certification desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience in API CDMO preferred, but candidates from formulation CDMO or clinical research organizations also considered
