Senior Application Development Manager

As a senior leader in application development, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in Spring Boot and experience with microservices architecture. A good understanding of RESTful API design and development is also essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable, as well as experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also required, along with the ability to facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
