Technical Project Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the technical aspects of projects from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, development, and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with product owners and application specialists to develop and refine the product backlog
  • Monitor team progress toward milestones/sprints and provide high-level and detailed project status updates
  • Advocate for release management best practices within Agile delivery teams
  • Drive cross-functional team activities and deliverables
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in program management of software releases in an Agile SW development environment with experience as a Technical Manager
  • 6+ years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of software product development principles
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership position managing a team of 10-15
  • Strong application development experience in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Node.Js, Python, .NET, etc.
  • Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots is an added advantage
