Job Description

A total rewards manager oversees the development and implementation of compensation structures aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.

This includes designing and managing employee benefits programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness and recommending changes based on employee needs and cost optimization.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that drive internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs to ensure they meet employee needs and optimize costs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to inform compensation decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
