ServiceNow Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow technical expert to provide specialized support for our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management principles, and general IT operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Providing advanced technical support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • E nsuring all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
