Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned commercial banking professional to join our team. As a solutions expert and advisor, you will provide strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements.
  • Providing in-depth understanding of banking delivery functions, including maturity levels, platforms, geographical requirements, and client support systems.
  • Translating complex banking processes into actionable business requirements for business process services (BPS) functions.
  • Developing RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategies for commercial banking offerings.
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations, including process reengineering, automation, and workflow orchestration.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking, with exposure to areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding.
  • A strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with Master's degree in management or a related field.
