About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analytics Expert to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning algorithms to analyze complex data sets, provide actionable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement predictive models, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Business understanding: gather requirements, identify business needs, and translate them into technical plans.
  • Data preparation: collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Modeling: develop predictive models using various machine learning techniques, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics.
  • Evaluation and deployment: assess model performance, refine findings, and implement actionable solutions.


To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science/Operations Research, with a strong focus on DS/Operations Research for at least 2 years. You should also have proven expertise in optimization methodologies, including libraries like CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc., and strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts and familiarity with popular ML libraries. Additionally, you should be familiar with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, with Google Cloud Platform being a nice-to-have. A CRISP-DM project delivery experience and Agile project management certification (Scrum or Kanban) are also highly valued. We're looking for someone who can apply independent research and critical thinking to solve complex problems and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
