About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality products and tech solutions in a timely manner, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Your strategic insights will drive product delivery lifecycle decisions, aligning with our growth pace in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Management:
    • Oversee deliveries of products in Guwahati, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the Government, setting strategic direction and priorities for all products.
  • Product Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development process for Guwahati specific products, from concept to launch.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of Tech Project Management or Product Management experience, preferably in a B2G environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments and drive problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to absorb delivery pressures while motivating the team.
