Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist.

This position combines 50% back-end HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, joining coordination) and 50% accounting support (bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial record management). The ideal candidate ensures seamless HR operations and contributes to accurate financial processes and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform HR operations tasks including payroll, compliance, documentation, and joining coordination with high accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Provide accounting support by handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management with attention to detail and timeliness.
  3. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both HR and finance functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They must have experience in HR operations and/or accounting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and/or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
