Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

A key member of our management team, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure effective grievance handling
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to compliance
  • Recruit and select suitable candidates for open positions, utilizing rigorous evaluation processes
  • Foster positive employee relationships, resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with evidence of success in HR management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
