Product Development Lead

We seek an experienced Product Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will leverage your expertise in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to deliver subject matter expertise and provide guidance on best practices for product development.
- Analyze and advise clients on process and technology solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and lead solution approaches and designs to drive business value.
- Evaluate delivery performance and ensure governance.
- Execute large-scale transformational engagements as a leader or subject matter expert.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through publications or active participation.
Required Skills:
- Extensive work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.)
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.
- Technical proficiency & hands-on experience in one or more PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.)
- Work experience in Product Analytics area like Product performance, Reliability testing, Market analysis
- Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
- Hands-on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools
- Experience in Project Management
