Key Product Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a key player in product development, you will be responsible for driving the discovery of customer needs and crafting solutions that meet both user expectations and business objectives.

  • This involves analyzing customer behavior, identifying pain points, and developing comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • You will own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative products.

Heres What You Need

  • Minimum 11-14 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management (PO/PM) experience in technology products
  • Strong product sense with an ability to articulate problems and envision solutions
  • Strong understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop detailed product specifications that begin by clearly articulating the why - the core purpose and value behind the product, feature, or enhancements
  • Write comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria that address all functional and non-functional aspects of the product
  • Work closely with engineering, design (UX/UI), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and delivery

Become a subject matter expert in your product domain, possessing in-depth knowledge and insights that make you the primary point of contact for internal teams seeking guidance and collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end product development process, from concept and design to development, testing, launch and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the effectiveness, adoption, and product outcome
