Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated e-commerce specialist to join our team at a top consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Build, maintain, and update e-commerce stores on Wix and Shopify with attention to UX, mobile responsiveness, and smooth checkout processes.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to provide actionable insights and improve online sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing online customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central functionalities, including product listings, inventory management, and advertising.
  • Familiarity with Wix and Shopify platforms for store setup and management.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing basics is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and willingness to learn tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
