Job Title: Senior Web Developer – E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned web developer to join our team as an e-commerce specialist. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce development efforts, create scalable solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • e-commerce Platform Expertise: Design, develop, and optimize Shopify stores using Liquid and Shopify's framework.
  • Theme Customization: Customize Shopify themes and templates to align with brand requirements.
  • Integration and App Development: Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and plugins to extend Shopify functionality.
  • CMS Platforms: Work on CMS platforms (Shopify CMS and others if required) to ensure dynamic and scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Technical Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO, performance optimization, and responsive design.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and guide the team with technical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in Shopify development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery.
  • Shopify API Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Shopify APIs, app integration, and custom functionality.
  • CMS Platforms: Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify CMS, WordPress, or others).
  • Headless Commerce: Familiarity with headless commerce and Shopify Plus is a plus.
  • User Experience: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
