E-commerce Specialist Role

Our organization seeks a skilled E-commerce Specialist to spearhead product listing creation, management, and optimization across various platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage high-quality product listings, ensuring accurate pricing and content.
  • Monitor product visibility, SEO, and categorization for improved discoverability.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Process and manage customer orders, guaranteeing timely fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or call, resolving issues related to products, payments, or delivery.
  • Maintain positive customer experiences to increase retention and reviews.
  • Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments.
  • Support digital marketing efforts like SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Share insights to enhance product performance and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
