About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and expand our business footprint in the market.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing partnerships with banks, fintech, and other industry players, ensuring smooth business functioning across partners.
- This role involves delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
- You will identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines through business partners, leveraging internal resources and external networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Lead product enhancement initiatives across existing partner channels to drive business growth.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective issue escalation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
