
Business Growth Specialist

Job Title:
A Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives.
This role will work closely with senior leaders to identify market opportunities, design and implement high-impact strategies, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and profit by setting the growth thesis, defining north-star key performance indicators (KPIs), and running a tight operating cadence.
- Develop growth strategy and category expansion plans by identifying high-impact levers across segments, offerings, geographies, and partnerships.
- Design and run cross-functional experiments to drive rapid learn-decide-scale cycles and institutionalize experimentation as an engine for growth.
- Prioritize features and internal tools to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Orchestrate channel strategy and lifecycle communication to maximize incremental revenue at optimal spend efficiency.
- Align operations and customer experience to convert demand reliably and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Build dashboards, cohort and funnel views, and forward forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Perform essential data analysis to support key business decisions and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience in business strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles within startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect market insights to actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success in designing, validating, and executing growth initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
