Once conversations are sparked, collaborate with strategy and creative teams to anchor pitches and proposals, securing live engagements and exceeding quarterly acquisition targets.

We seek a results-driven individual with six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. A proven track record of acquiring new logos, excellent communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills, along with resilience and a strong drive for growth, are essential. A robust personal network in marketing and brand circles will be an added advantage.

Your success in 90 days will be marked by:

  • Building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects.
  • Setting up discovery conversations.
  • Sharpening the pitch with leadership.
  • Converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects.
