Job Title: Business Development Manager
About This Role

The company offers an exclusive range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs made using 2500 years old traditional art forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including architects, interior designers, and other influencers in the industry.
- Source and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential leads, and work closely with the sales team to convert these into opportunities.
- Promote Company Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients and prospects.
- Develop and Execute Business Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
Self-driven and persistent individuals are ideal candidates for this role. They should possess excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- 4+ years of relevant experience or in similar categories of design or luxury.
- Undergraduate or Post-graduate in one of the relevant fields: Business Administration, Design, Marketing, CRM will be preferred.
