Product Design Specialist

We are looking for a Product Design Specialist who can develop creative, user-centric solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of designing intuitive interfaces that support users in critical tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform. Your work will help streamline workflows, enhance user experiences, and contribute to better service delivery.

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.

Our ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong communication and presentation skills. They should have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components.
