Senior Strategic Associate

This is a full-time role for a Senior Strategic Associate. The incumbent will assist the Chairman with daily tasks, including conducting research, drafting communications, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events, and managing the Chairman's schedule. The Senior Strategic Associate will also contribute to strategy development and policy formulation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and data analysis to support strategy development and policy formulation.
  • Drafting communications and reports to various stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage schedules and events.
  • Contributing to strategy development and policy formulation.

Requirements

  • Research and Data Analysis skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in Strategy Development and Policy Formulation
  • Organizational and Event Management skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or a clinical degree is a must have
