New Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert in New Product Development (NPD) to lead new product design, development, and launch from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new products.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and test prototypes to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Create technical documentation to support product development and launch.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of experience in NPD with a strong project management background.
  • Proficiency in CAD and PLM software.
