Business Analyst Opportunity

Are you a skilled business analyst looking to take on new challenges? Do you have experience working with Salesforce and guiding teams to deliver successful projects?

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated business analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our processes.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the identification of requirements across business units and evaluating system processes through the assessment of business objectives, drivers, and success metrics.

You will also document business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for review and delivery to the development team using agile methodologies.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain system processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to all appropriate parties.

Additionally, you will participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies, including performing configuration within a variety of software packages.

Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business with minimal disruption to business activities.

Maintain awareness of best practices, including processes and technology, and identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

You should also possess excellent listening, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skills.
