Job Role: Customer Success Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Zeta Global. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving escalation tickets, applying a structured troubleshooting protocol, and providing timely resolution to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and resolve customer escalation tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, online meetings, and chat conversations.
- Evaluate customer needs and work proactively to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, accurately recording data into CRM and other relevant tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on web technologies, API, HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or technical support role.
- Previous experience working in US time zones is a plus.
