Role Summary:

Customer Success/Hospitality is the cornerstone of BHIVE Workspace. As a key member of the team, the Executive-Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our centres. With a strong focus on operational ownership, this role will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage the centre, ensuring superlative customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Design, deploy, and drive customer engagement initiatives, boosting customer retention and expansion.
  • Take strategic initiatives to ensure customer retention and expansions.
  • Conduct market studies and research to ensure best-in-class initiatives at BHIVE.
  • Administer Customer Satisfaction surveys, striving for 100% CSAT.
