Customer Success Implementation Specialist

At Leegality, we are revolutionizing the way businesses complete paperwork. Our Document Infrastructure Platform is a game-changer for companies looking to streamline their documentation processes. As a Customer Success Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our Enterprise clients get the most out of our platform.
As a techno-functional consultant, you will provide recommendations on process to our clients, configure and manage their use of Leegality, and assist and train them to do it on their own. You will also troubleshoot implementation issues and drive client go-live with the least time-to-value.
We are looking for someone with 0-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products. Previous experience in Customer support and customer success is a plus. If you have a background in dealing with Enterprise customers, that's a definite advantage. Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Hindi is preferable.
Key behavioral traits we are looking for include agility, analytical skills, and a pleasant persistence. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
