Process Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of process operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 18-20 years of experience in process departments to join our team. As a Process Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to ensure smooth operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 18-20 years of experience in process departments
  • Strong knowledge of process calculations, equipment data sheets, line sizing, relief load, and PSV calculations
  • Experience with simulation software such as HYSYS, ASPEN, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs)
Skills and Qualifications
  • Layout designing of API, OSD, Sterile, and Biotech Projects
  • Area classification, man material flow concepts, ISPE Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and equipment selection criteria
  • Routine calculations by use of computer
  • Monitoring latest developments and techniques
