Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

Our organization is expanding its quality assurance capabilities by establishing a team in India. This team will be responsible for conducting independent audits of underwriting operations executed by business process outsourcing teams for various regional markets.

The senior quality assurance specialist will be part of a specialized quality team responsible for deep-dive audits, identifying risk trends, driving process integrity, and offering actionable insights to stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality reviews/audits while adhering to established process SOPs and quality framework guidelines.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in property and casualty insurance operations with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
  • Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience in a BPO or shared service environment.

Key Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines, documentation, and identify control gaps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.

Preferred Experience & Work Hours:

  • Background in shared services or BPO environments as a quality auditor of global insurance back-office processes.
  • Experience working as QA in BPO vendor teams.
