Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance and control efforts at our manufacturing facility for low-voltage electrical panels.

This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across production stages, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve quality performance metrics using Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
