Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within the ERP environment.

  • Manage and oversee daily ERP operations across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR, etc.).
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
