Job Overview

This is a middle management role, reporting to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. The primary requirement is to deploy and maintain an adequate and effective business continuity framework for the US and India office.

The role will require collaboration with business teams to develop strategies that align with our global business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India.
  • Work independently in partnering with business departments to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Consult with BC Plan Owners and Coordinators to complete annual lifecycle of Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan update, Walkthroughs and sign off.
  • Provide support to Plan Owners at time of event.
  • Be on call as per rotation followed by the team and be available at time of event.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance.
  • Develop and maintain robust IT business continuity plan, ensuring alignment with current business conditions and corporate defined standards and framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A Business Continuity professional with minimum 15 years' experience.
  • Ability to support during US hours i.e. 5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within enterprise business resilience or business continuity role.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
