This role requires energetic individuals to effectively manage and nurture client relationships, foster collaboration and growth, and drive results through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments
  2. Handle client engagements with the client team, ensuring timely communication and seamless coordination
  3. Articulate brand requirements and communicate internally, aligning stakeholders and driving project forward
  4. Manage operational job requirements, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  5. Minute meetings clearly, capturing key takeaways and action items
  6. Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per timelines committed, maintaining a high level of quality and accountability
  7. Disseminate information internally as the brand custodian, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Prior experience working in an agency, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Experience with BFSI/Fintech clients (preferably), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual, with a passion for excellence and a desire to learn and grow
  • Maintain a calm composure in stressful situations, with a focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems
  • Good listening skills, with the ability to empathize with others and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on teamwork and mutual support
