Strategic Transaction Processor

This position is critical in ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions within a functional team. It involves working on time-critical, complex or regulated tasks that may require interaction with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions within own area of responsibility.
  2. Apply all relevant policies/guidelines, regulatory requirements and SLAs/KRIs/KPIs/quality measures as applicable.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide support for time-critical, complex or regulated tasks.
  4. Contribute to product/function development to ensure a superior offering in response to changing client needs and market trends.
  5. Escalate operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as necessary, and contribute to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant experience in technical areas, particularly reconciliations.
  • Product and system knowledge in the relevant product line.
  • Basic analytical skills and ability to solve production problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong team worker with experience in virtual global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay up-to-date with technical innovations.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to share information and transfer knowledge to team members.

Desirable Skills:

  • Reconciliation, TLM, Trade Lifecycle, Domain Knowledge - Investment Bank.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
