Corporate Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • M&A Transaction Management: Execute end-to-end M&A transactions, from deal origination to closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on potential transaction opportunities, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design transaction structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and transaction execution.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of transaction advisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
