Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our team as a Technical Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements and recommending best solution options for our clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions for implementations using Salesforce Products. Your goal will be to ensure that code and configuration meet business process, security standards, and application requirements.

Your expertise in managing risk, issues, delivery tracking, and status reporting will be essential in maintaining high-quality delivery. You will also be responsible for driving greenfield implementations with architect inputs for SF Sales and Service cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

a: Excellent Salesforce experience, including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model

b: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and Customization, including APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class, Lightning components

c: Proven ability to coach and mentor junior resources

d: Leadership skills to manage a team of more than 10 members

e: Good understanding of implementing salesforce specific design patterns, best practices to manage large data volume and integration, and technical solutions for security

f: At least 5 Salesforce certifications
