Job Title

Administrative professional responsible for the effective management of a company's Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user adoption.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex administration functions including user profiles, roles, and permission sets, while supporting ongoing user requests and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, document processes, and provide support to end users.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory policies related to Salesforce.
  • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for Salesforce-related Service Desk requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign and Conga within Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation.
