Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our efforts in transforming business processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and product quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement structured methodologies to drive continuous improvement across business processes.
  • • Establish frameworks to measure process performance (KPIs, dashboards) and track improvements.
  • • Drive cross-functional workshops to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • • Partner with teams to analyze and optimize cost drivers.
  • • Lead value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.
  • • Monitor and report savings against targets, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
  • • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
  • • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our manufacturing models.
  • • Enable digital tools/automation for process monitoring and efficiency improvement.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering.
  • • Proven experience in driving cost reduction programs in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.
  • • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
  • • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
