Job Title: Senior QA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled automation engineer with expertise in Salesforce and nCino to contribute to our quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Automation Test Scripts: Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Integration Validation: Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Test Coverage Evaluation: Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Quality Metrics Definition: Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentorship and Best Practices: Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • QA Experience: 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • nCino Modules: Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Salesforce Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • API Testing Tools: Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • CI/CD Tools: Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Data Validation: Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino Certification: nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Performance Testing Tools: Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education:
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree preferred but not required.
