CLM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CLM Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in contract lifecycle management to drive business growth and efficiency.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our CLM tool, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing project plans to support the implementation of our CLM tool
  • Collaborating with teams to optimize their use of the platform
  • Designing and executing contract migration strategies for legacy contracts into our CLM platform using automation
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our CLM platform, managing user accounts, permissions, and roles
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our pre- and post-contracting processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Project coordination, CLM Implementation, Process improvement, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, contract management principles, and techno-commercial subjects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Project plans, supporting execution and communication strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster effective collaboration
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CLM tools such as ARIBA, ICERTIS, etc.
