Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical structures in buildings and infrastructure within the construction process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and method statements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor construction work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and method statements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any quality or safety issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Verify that all materials used on the project meet required standards and are stored and handled correctly.
  • Ensure that workers are following approved method statements and standard operating procedures for construction work.
  • Document all inspection and tests carried out on the construction site, and maintain accurate records of construction progress, material used, and labour hours.
  • Cooperate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure that all parties are informed of construction progress and any issues that arise.

About You:

  • Hold a B.E. (Bachelors of Engineering) degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12 to 15 years of experience, particularly in hospital projects.
  • Have technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Possess excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Have outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
