Job Title: Mechanical Reliability Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vibration analysis and balancing to identify potential issues
  • Conduct ultrasonic testing to detect defects in equipment
  • Apply thermography techniques to inspect and monitor equipment performance
  • Analyze oil samples to diagnose equipment problems
  • Assist with laser alignment procedures (optional)
  • Develop and implement RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) processes for equipment failures
  • Update maintenance plans and equipment history records
  • Hold relevant certifications for condition monitoring (Level I & II)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, thermography, and oil analysis
  • Experience with laser alignment (optional)
  • RCFA skills for equipment failures
  • Certifications in condition monitoring (Level I & II)
