Job Title: Mechanical Services Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Mechanical Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and commissioning of mechanical services installations. This includes coordinating with consultants, vendors, and architectural teams to ensure design development, specifications, and material selection meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and commission mechanical services installations as per project plans, specifications, and schedule.
  • Review design basis reports, specifications, and drawings; assist in budgeting and rate analysis.
  • Coordinate with consultants, specialist vendors, and architectural teams for design development, specifications, and material selection.
  • Synchronize the schedule of all mechanical services works with the overall project schedule.
  • Verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and quantities; assist in tendering and bid analysis.
  • Plan and implement safe installations at sites, including temporary services.
  • Coordinate regular inspections and maintain records of certificates, test reports, design changes, and variations.
  • Verify and confirm testing and acceptance parameters.
  • Assist the Legal Liaison department and civil construction team to secure statutory approvals for mechanical services works.
  • Verify contractor bills.
