Job Opportunity: Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to lead complex projects in the AEC industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accuracy, adherence to US codes/standards, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Designing and coordinating mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) systems on challenging US-based projects.
  • Producing LOD 400 models with high precision and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Managing projects from kickoff through delivery, including planning, scheduling, task allocation, client communication, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure clash-free, coordinated BIM models.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and modelers on both technical and project delivery aspects.
  • Presenting technical solutions and resolving project challenges during client meetings and coordination calls.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in US-based BIM projects (MEP focus).
  • Strong technical expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting system design and detailing.
  • Proven command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • In-depth understanding of US construction documentation standards and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
