We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Talent and Capability strategy.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition and development program that includes sourcing from adjacent industries, fast-tracking certification and client readiness, embedding AI-enabled training, and ensuring a sustainable retention pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

• Build quarterly intake pipelines, source from adjacent industries, forecast workforce needs, and manage attrition/replenishment.

Training, Certification & Capability Development:

• Create a customized talent academy with certification programs, AI-assisted modules, CRM training, and on-the-job coaching.

Performance Management & Retention:

• Implement 30-60-90-180 day evaluations, variable payout structures, and maintain high employee retention rates.

Leadership & Strategic Impact:

• Partner with senior leadership, establish key performance indicators, mentor HR teams, and integrate AI into HR practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements:

• 15–20+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in IT Services, BPO, BFSI, or other high-volume talent industries.

• Proven success in academy-style training and certification models.

• Experience in AI/tech-enabled HR practices and CRM adoption.

• Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of building frameworks from scratch.

SUCCESS METRICS:

• Achieve 200 certified, client-ready hires net of attrition.

• Establish the talent academy with AI-enabled learning and CRM training.

• Maintain high employee retention rates.

• Document playbooks for sourcing, training, retention, replenishment.

• Develop a clear scale roadmap towards 500 hires by Year 4.
